Borrowed Fund$

I have finally committed one of parenting's cardinal sins. I 'borrowed' money from my 5 year old son.

Remember that coffee I bought on my way into work today? Well, it only cost 95 cents. I didn't want to write a check so small, or put such a piddling amount on my credit card. I also had no cash... or my own. I did have $10 that belongs to JBP in my wallet.

So, I 'borrowed' 95 cents. Borrowing money from my child is something I figured wouldn't happen until I at least reached the ripe old age of... say.... 32? But I've already been there, done that.

I will pay it back. I will not tell him I ever borrowed it. Too humiliating!
